Color Tyme Constant harassment and threats, trying to regain goods for resale Henderson North Carolina

An agreement was signed to obtained to get furniture through
a rent to own plan which started in summer of 2001.

In November, due to a pregnancy, I had to rearrange my payments
in accordance with my working schedule.

After making arrangements with Color Tyme which were agreeable
by both parties, they later began calling me at odd times on
the phone, threatening to pick up my furniture, and taking me
to court. This in spite of the fact that I was making payments
according to our agreement.

I would go in, make my payments, and talk to management, again
advising them of my situation, and things would be calm for
a while. But then they would start the process over again, even
though I was still making payments as scheduled.

This continued constantly, from November and is still going on
at this time. The baby was just born in March of 2002, so I will
be out of work for some time with no income.

I explained this to Color Tyme and they agreed to work with me. But they are still harassing me with phone calls almost daily, threats to take me to court and to pick up the furniture, even though I am still making payments with money I recieve from family to help me and my children.
