Color24 Horrible Customer Service and Outrageously ridiculous return policy Internet

I ordered Business cards for a customer and had them drop shipped to the customer. When my customer received their package, the 2 boxes of BC's (1000 cards each box) were stuffed in a FedEx envelope. The package was damaged and torn. When my customer opened up the package, the corners were all bent and crushed. As my customer examined the contents of the box, he found that the cards were all cut differently.

Panos told me I had to pay to ship the boxes back (which he said he would reimburse me for, yeah right!) then after he received the boxes of cards I would then have to wait to get the money credited to my account. Now if the cards were shipped to me that would be ok, I guess.

Except the cards were drop shipped to my customer, and he wanted me to go to my customer in another state and ask him to pay to ship his damaged cards back. Not only that but Panos was a rude and nasty person from the begining. I will never go back to this company again, if they screw up, you get screwed!
