 Indeed, Mr Melvin, you are right that anyone can say anything on the internet. Your responses are a great example: You simply spew prepackaged promotions and one-liners about how great you are and why you founded your terrible company. Anyone can say these things and consumers should expect you would be your own greatest fan. I will, and have, continue to share your emails, voicemails and other documents with anyone who wants them. They can continue to make up their mind based on actual facts. Since you are so adamant that I tried to cheat you, why haven't you posted the proof to back up your see-through claims as you insist I do? It's because you have none and your allegations are false. Why haven't you provided any specifics to illustrate that what you say is true in response to any of the many negative reviews on multiple sites? Because they are true. Not a single time have you factually addressed a single complaint other than with excusses. Readers can make up their mind and easily confirm what I am stating... Or they could trust you because you said so. If any readers want documents for additional proof, I will gladly send them (you have them from my BBB complaint and certified letters). Have a nice day.

You can post your documents and emails directly to this website.  Please put the proof you have on this site.  Anyone can say anything they want on the internet, and having proof to back it up is something else.

 Mr Melvin has asked me to provide dicuments showing that he did demand payment and threaten foreclosure if we didn't pay him before our roof was finished. I'm happy to provide his emails to anyone who wants them. These will also show that he attempted to over charge us and threaten us (police reports available also due to his threats). I will also provide emails from the city, his adjuster, Owens Corning and our insurance provider to demonstrate both his lies and unprofessional behavior. Please post your documents that you state in your false claim so that we can see the real untruth.  Untrue comments like this help me to constantly improve and strive for excellence for myself and my company by monitoring and responding to attacks on my character and my company, Colorado Roofing and Remodeling.    

Because I am the owner of Colorado Roofing and Remodeling, I am closely involved in every aspect of my business. 

I am at the jobsite during the entire building process.  I am available by phone or email to always talk to each one of my customers.  I monitor every insurance claim to make sure our customers are getting the maximum amount of money that is due to them for their loss.  I even go as far as to walk every customer’s property after all work is complete to triple check that everything was completed to my strict standards.   

We separate ourselves from other roofing companies because we DO NOT COLLECT ANY MONEY UPFRONT EVER.  This puts our clients in control throughout the entire process. 

We give all of our customers a “Price Promise” that states exactly what the final cost will be.  It is not an estimate; it is the final amount due before we do start any work at all.  We only bill for what was approved by the insurance company that matches the price promise.

Being in the roofing industry for many years, a contractor cannot foreclose on someone’s home.  I never would say that.  It is a ridiculous statement.  I don’t know how to respond to that comment.

I have an A Rating with Better Business Bureau of Denver, I have won The Angie’s List Super Service prestigious award for superior customer satisfaction for 2 years straight 2013 and 2014.

David states that his company never accepts funds prior to completion, but this is false. They are reroofing our house and David recently called and emailed me demanding payment for the roof even though the city had not signed off on the roOf. In addition, he demanded payment for nealy $700 more than his "software" had supplemented to our insurance company and refuses to explain. He has threatened foreclosure if we don't pay hom before the work is done and stated in email that, first, he requires 50% in advance for additional work and then came back saying 100% in advance. His rebuttal is full of false statement and I have documents to prove it. Stay away.
