This is the WORST Meat you could ever buy. I wouldn't serve it to a starving dog. I bought a case of "restaurant quality" beef Sept. 7 from Dave that came soliciting in my office stating that he would give me a good deal. He had only 3 cases left and had to sell them before he went back to the warehouse. It cooked up tough, chewy, and had no flavor. I contacted the Arlington office from which this product came from and they (Jeff and Dillion) told me they would exchange it for fresh quality. At first I told them I wanted a refund, they agreed and then would never show up to pick up the meat or give my money back so, I agreed for an exchange that was supposed to be a fresher box. Two guys came to my house (Juan) brought the box in my home and the replacement box was delivered Sept 29. The next box of meat was worse than the first. I immediately called Dillion that night and told them I wanted a refund and they could have their meat. Over the phone was ok - "Let me talk to my manager and set up a time to come and get it" Evidently Jeff and Dillion play go between manager. No one has bothered to contact me. I have called and left messages and when I called Oct 6 what was supposed to be the corporate number I got routed to the same office these "sales-distributors" come out of (Arlington), and the girl over the phone said her manager Jeff was out until Monday. - I ask her name and how she spelled it, she would not tell me. So, I spelled it for her E-N-G-I or initials N G and she just said, “um hum”. She said if I wanted a refund I would have to bring the meat BACK TO THE OFFICE. {My time My MONEY} I ask her if the office was open on Saturday and the hours. She stated 9-5. So, I called the so-called Manager Jeff on his cell and he hung up on me after I gave my name. I called back and got his VoiceMail so I left him a detailed message of my plans.  My Husband and I went to the office on Saturday October 7 in the afternoon about 2 pm. 

We were at the office and Jeff the Manager that was supposed to be out of town till Monday and there he was in the back of the building with 2 other guys. When he came out into the front office he began his "Bull" of how I was not supposed to be there until Monday and that he had to contact Corporate for an Okay to give me a refund. I tried to explain that NG told me I could come in Saturday and he said he was standing at her side when I was talking to her over the phone so he heard the conversation and I could not come into his business telling him what to do. I told him I was the customer and had rights. Then things got ugly... He ordered us out of his office and when my husband went to walk out he yelled "Don't touch me" trying to make it look like my husband was trying to do something to him.  We held our cool, but he didn't.  He called my cell a little after we left and told me I would get my refund Monday after he had his Okay from Corporate and he would come and pick up the meat. Now we must wait till Monday Oct 9 to further this fiasco.

I called the office around 10 am on Monday, when NG answered the phone, I ask to speak with Jeff and she stated he was in a meeting.  I ask her to let him know I called and if he would call me back. She stated she had sent an email to corporate and had not heard back.

Later I received a TEXT from a number I did not recognize with a copy of  my original receipt and it had typed REFUND with the date changed to October 9, 2017.  I looked up the number and it was listed to Lola's Cafe. 1101 Corporate Dr. Suite A1. Ladera Ranch, CA 92694. or Millbrae CA. 1(650)204-3970.

To this day there has been no refund of my money nor have they come to pick up their "meat".
