Please read my original complaint. Everything you have stated I have already pointed out and shown to be untrue.

I even posted the photos to prove it is illegal knock off that your site claimed was real. I have a screen shot of the website's claims and stolen photos at the time of purchase, I would be happy to post them. We did not get what was promised, we got lies.

It does NOT cost $5 to send the bag back just as it did not cost $5 to be sent to me. I will lose money on your lies and that is not fair.You can continue to claim I want both money and bag but as the photos show the bag is not what was promised. I don't want it. It's garbage and I am stuck with it.

That is how it works people... they send you a illegal knock off not anything as described or worth what you paid(and maybe even damaged as mine). They claim they will refund you if you send it back but shipping back is so expensive you are stuck with. They know this, that's how the scam works.

I may have lost out but maybe now others will be safe.

First of all, if you don't like the bag, please keep it in original condition and ship it back to us. You can't both keep the bag and money, no matter what reason you give. For the shipping cost.

Yes, we charge $19 for shipping ,because we ship by express mail, which costs more and is safer with the tracking number. You may ship it back via the cheapest shipping method, which cost around $5, since you would like to save money.

Second, these good comments from other customers were not post by ourselves. Yes, you can check the IP Address and you will notice these good comments are located in US, not in China! Please do check the IP ADDRESS by yourself. Thank you so much.

Yes, we will give you a full refund after you ship the bag back to us. We'd pay the $5 shipping by the cheapest shipping method, too.

This is business, you get what you pay for. And if you don't like it, ship it back for a refund. That's it. Very simple. But sometimes you have to learn to trust people. There are pople all over the world who just want the enjoy the style of the designer products, and they don't want to pay so much for the real products, because they are so expensive. And most of the buyers know they are replicas by the price.We never tell any customer, including your husband, that these products are real ones, but they are of great quality, which absolutely worth what you pay.

Apparently she doesn't know who I am since she didn't even bother looking at the photos before she tooted her own horn. And I have spoken to many who have been scammed by her so this was of no surprise to me.

You sold a knock off item illegally to your unsuspecting customers. Something that arrived the opposite of what your site promised and terribly damaged. Yet your desperate accusations are..

I just want the bag and money: I have proven with photos how damaged and not usable the bag is. Not only that, it is not what was ordered. This is nothing like your stolen photos. It is ALSO DAMAGED. It can not be used Catherine. So yes please accuse us of wanting it.

My husband bought it and I just don't like it: I PICKED OUT the bag in your stolen photos from the store when we were out of town at a real Juicy store. Two weeks later he decided to order it for me as a surprise gift. So sorry Cathrine that accusation is not going to work either. The stolen photos on your site show the exact bag I picked out from Juicy Couture. You did not send the bag he ordered. Your d**n right WE don't like the bag. It is damaged. It is fake. It is nothing like the photos that you stole from the Juicy Couture website!

It will only cost 5$ to send back: Your illegal knock off business is in Beijing China. I live in the U.S. It is massive proof that you are not a real business for you to claim it only cost 5$ to ship a large bag overseas to Beijing! And if it really cost 5$ to send WHY WERE WE CHARGED 19$?

Colorstrends.com is a criminal who steals from her "customers" and hides behind the fact that they are overseas and can not be touched. They cheat people by posting stolen photos and descriptions from real businesses and then once paid can't not be touched.

 Yes, you purchased a Juicy Couture daydreamer tote from us. You said you don't like the bag. Maybe Because your husband purchased it for you, and it may not meet your taste. Poeple tend to describe a bag as "Trash" only when the bag is not their type!

We promise that we allow return for any reason. So we told you that you can just ship the bag back to us, and we will give you a full refund and pay for the shipping cost back to us. You told me that you don't have the money to send it back. But you may ship by the cheapest shipping way, which may only cost $5.

 I believe that you just want both the money and the bag, just want a refund and still keep the bag, do you think it's fair to us?

And not sure if you love your husband or not. Have you ever think about it? Your action may hurt him! That bag was considered to be a gift and you are starting a war about it!

Horrible! Received an illegal Knock Off so horribly made it was

falling apart in the envelope . Yes they sent a large "Juicy Couture" bag folded and scrunched into a thin envelope to save themselves money even though you paid them large amounts for shipping. 

The site is full of photos and descriptions stolen from sites which really sell the products. Products such as jewelery, glasses, and clothing made by Juicy Couture, Tiffany, Coach and more. Yet they do not tell you that they are knock offs. And they are nothing like the real product you think you are buying. They copy and paste the stolen descriptions with out paying any attention to what they say and send you the knock offs.

You will not receive the options listed.
You will not receive the colors shown.
You will not receive the brand they claim they are the #1 seller for.
It WILL be so cheap it's damaged before it get's to you.
The knock off is such bad quality it belongs in the garbage before it gets to your door.

We actually received a purse that was rusting from the cheap imitation brass hardware. Rust is all over it. It was not at all as described and so cheap the imitation leather looked like paper, the zippers were broken and sewn in uneven.

If you try to contact for a refund as you did not appreciate being cheated they accuse you of just wanting to cheat them! They crooks turn the tables and play the victim themselves by claiming you just want a fake, damaged, useless purse and your money for yourself to enjoy.

If that doesn't work then they claim they will refund you and never do.

When that doesn't shut you up they demand you spend even more money to ship a fake, damaged, rusting, useless item all the way to Beijing China. At a cost you can not afford and that far exceeds the worth of the purse (so they can sell it to another and make double the money) and claim they will THEN refund you.

If you do not have the money and the trust to do that FOR THEM well sorry for you, you are screwed. It's insane and sick. Please stay away from these thieves!

You are not getting a deal. Even if you are searching for a knock off (we were not) do not go here. They are worthless as knock offs. Unless you like products so cheaply made they fall apart, rust and look like hell before it gets to you.

Do not feel protected by purchasing through paypal. Paypal did NOTHING for us. They claimed since it wasn't purchased through Ebay they didn't have to do anything. They are worthless and actually give crooks an easy way to do illegal business.
