I have ordered over $400.00 in movies from this company, I have also upheld my contract agreement. The customer service department says that I only ordered $300. and some odd dollars worth of movies, and continues to send me bills, that started out at $196.00, and has now gone up to to $205.07.

I have contacted them several times through e-mails, and each time I get an answer, saying that I owe the money, but each time it is from a different person in the department. I e-mailed them copies of the receipts, including the ones for 2 movies that I preordered, and paid for, that they are still with- holding for payment of what they say I owe.

These receipts I had printed from their own website each time I ordered, and each time I ordered, I paid right there on the spot with my Visa bank card. It says on each of the receipts that it is a receipt, and that I was done, after every order. I finally contacted then through their 800 number and talked to a represenative, who said there was no proof that I paid, and that I owed them the money.

I explained to her the best that I could, for she was not very fluent in english, that I had e-mailed them copies of the receipts, and again she said that she could find no proof, and that maybe their computers were down, and that they did not receive them. She then informed me that I needed to mail my receipts, that I printed, to them for proof that I had paid, through the US. POSTAL SERVICE, and that it could take up to 2 weeks to get a response.

I being a little smarter than that, copied all the receipts I had printed, again. There was something between 15 an 20 I believe, and paid the postage to send them all in through the mail. That has been at least 2 months ago, and the only response I have gotten, is a couple more bills saying I owe the money.

I have done everything, I can to get this problem straightened out, between the company and myself. short of contacting my attorney, which was the next action I was going take. While looking up the company online for their information, I found where they had ripped someone else off, and this site for Ripoff Report. Please help if you can.
