 A collection alert showed up on my Credit Monitoring Agency.  I logged in and saw ATG Credit filed a claim against my for $21.99 from the bill in 2007.  My score dropped 40 points due to this.  I called them and the rude person told me that to call Columbia Hiouse to dispute it.  He said it was a legal charge and I said have you ever heard of "FRAUD".  Columbia House said they didn't have any record of me since it was a CD sell and that division closed in 2009.   I called my Monitoring Agency and they helped me disoute it with Experian.  Experian took it off my credit report.  My score was restored.  I still paid the $21.99 just to get drop the whole ordeal.

One Month later Columbia House emailed me that they were still reviewing the matter.  Nothing ever happened on their end.
