Columbia HOuse Do not join colombia house dvd club credit card fraud Terre Haute Indiana

First off everything was going decent a couple errors were made but corrected i was getting movies i had not asked for and had denied at directors selection i had sent them back and they still tryed charging me but then it got to be really bad i lookied into my account and had charges for a single movie 3 times i was getting these charges out of no where for example my balance was 68.98 and 4 days later it would say 90.88 or somthing like that .....extra charges......... i had let i go and paid my bill i had a charge i had to payy 100 so i paid 50 on it and then it remained the same and kept adding late charges i calleed they said "we never got a payment contact your card holder and btw half the people u cant understand because they do not speak clear english and do not know s**t...so i called my the cardholder they said yes there was a payment to chdvdclub and i said ok can u print that and send me it so they did i sent to colombia house they did not take back my late charges at their fault..... i was having so many problems with them they said i could not close my account until i paid the 136.00 i owed so i went ahead and payed them...so today i was checking my bank statement and it showed 2 withdraws of 110 and one of 16 i only had allowed 1 110 dollar payment and a 16 dollar payment they took an extra $110 so i called colombia house and they said oh we cant do nothin your account is closed you owed 236 and you paid that so we closed ur account and i had repeated i only owed 136 and she continued to say u will have to contact your bank. they had closed my account so i could not go into my individual statement and see how many extra movies they tried charging me this bussiness should be shut down they are rip offs
