Columbia Telecommunications Group ripoff, rebate checks bounce and leave us with additional bank fees Farmingdale New York

I purchased 3 sets of 2 way radios last year each with a $25 rebate offer. Finally recieved 3 checks for $25 each approx 9 months after my original purchase. I cashed them at my local bank, but 2 weeks later was informed by my bank that the checks were no good and that I was being charged the amount of the checks, $75, plus $8 for each check as a handling fee by my bank. And to top it all off the radios didnt even work. Attempts to contact the company have gone nowhere so far. I am anticipating the need to take legal action against this company. Is anyone interested in joining a class action suit?
