Show customers why they should trust your business over your competitors...

It is sad that marketing schemes have to use unfair and manipulative schemes to ensure that they make money instead of trusting in the quality of their products that they market so extensively. I feel it should be the other way around, trust in the consumer to know and depend on quality that proves itself extensively for what you market it to do. Winning the customer is the key to good business and this comes by proving your product beyond a shadow of doubt. Companies should not have plan b's to ensure that they get something out of a consumer $. One size does not fit all, therefore companies should not plan to get something out of all. Trust in the value and worth of your product and allow it to sell 0 of the time the people that it actually helps 0 percent of the time and simply reimburse others whom it fails to help. This way you don't end up with negative publicity for your product or your business. Once a company is reported for bad business, it begins the downward spiral of failing as a business as well as with the product. Bad encounters such as I experienced with Columbian Bean Coffee only puts the consumer on alert for such entrapments and puts out negative reports for all the world to see and hear, this is counter productive to any business. Learn from Sam Walton's philosophy:

"Give the customer what he wants and he will always come back, disappoint him and you have one less customer for life".

People in marketing should market for life, not for a season. I will never purchase anything off the internet through marketing schemes ever again and definitely through this unfair and manipulative company call Columbian Green Coffee. I was awarded supposedly 75% of my 89.95 dollars back, which remains to be seen. However, I will be reporting this to my lawyers if I don't get my refund within the week. It is sad to have to fight in court for such a small amount, but because I felt manipulated and swindled, I must do it. Please do not use this product nor the company. I feel as though I was picked pocketed.
