No drivers push me around I'll just capure on my video cell phone the road rage manics & get there tag # & If they keep bothering me I'll just call the police & let them see the video.

Usually the road rage idiots back off when they see my cell phone of course they throw theres up to try to scare me but I haven't done anything to them.

The other drivers start s**t with me but If I fight back I will be the one who will be introuble not them, that Is why these bad drivers get away with it cause they know you can't do nothing back.

This 1 columbus driver caused a bad wreck almost two years ago 07/26/2006 which caused her two lose her job & there insurance company delayed In settling & caused her car to be repoed.

And the old bat driver caused almost over $5,000 In medical bills my mother can't pay due to the old bats wreckless driving. And caused my mother to get behind In alot of other depts.

The old bat caused alot of dept problems & fiancial problems & caused her to lose her transportation & my transportation. The old bat can go on living & keep her car & Is not In a financial mess.

Drivers getting worse In phenix city & columbus. I went to the post office today & I was waiting on a park space. This idiot jerk driver got mad @ me & went In the other way @ the post office that was a one way.

I was minding my own business like I normally do & the driver got mad @ me, he also worked for ADT. You have to wait if you want a parking place @ the post office because the parking lot Is very small.

Where are the police when you need them the most. This drivers actions was uncalled for, I have a good idea to report his tag # to ADT the company he works for & tell them how there driver was acting on the road.

But I can't do nothing back then I would be introuble for road rage but how the a*****e ADT driver acted crossed the line, I was waiting for my parking space & he got mad @ me.

The ADT driver didn't have to be an a*****e about It cause I was waiting for my parking space I have a good mind to report his a*s to his employer.

He had an ADT sticker on the side of his doors, If I ever decide to get a security system It will not be with ADT cause of how there driver acted today.

I have lived here in Phenix City my entire life. I am white and I have not had problems with people of other races. As a matter of fact, I have many friends, co-workers that are of other races. To me, it is very ignorant and stupid to judge someone based on race. Also, I spend a great deal of time in Columbus and I still have no problem. Now, I will agree that there are alot of drivers on the road that would test my patience, but that is going to happen everywhere. As someone previously stated, this town was a very violent and corrupt place at one time. Whether or not the town has improved in the last 20 years, that may be a matter of opinion. I would like to say it has. If it's been 20 years since you been here, then you may not recognize the place. That's not to say there still isn't problems, but if you can find a town that is problem free, let me know so I can move there.

There was one case I remember where a guy was stabbed to death because someone thought he brake checked them. They followed him until he stopped and then they jumped him and killed him. Most of the crime was caught on the victims' cell phone while he was on line with the Police.


I've read about so many accidents caused by road rage' I'm sure most of you folks have too. I'd like to take the optimistic route here and say that we are capable of side stepping this kind of behavior, but I think that would be a pipe dream.

I think the only way we can be relatively safe from these road rage types is to keep your distance as much as possible; don't try to stand up to them or get sucked in to their game. Don't give anyone any ammunition to piss them off. Easier said than done, I know, but what else can one do?

Every two to three years some moron from columbus or phenix city always manages to hit my mother's vehicle & tries to accuse her of causing the accident & its going to be a nightmare with the insurance company because they will not fix the damange to my mothers vehicle. This has happend the whole 10 years sense we lived in phenix city these are the careless & reckless drivers that are in phenix city & columbus the drivers are rude ignorant. The drivers of phenix city & columbus will attack & harass you for no reason unless they don't like you or something which I don't give a d**n if nobody likes me or not does not give the other drivers the right to say insulting things to you or attack you for no good reason which has to be put a stop to!.

10 years ago my grandmother was a victim of racism me & my mother one saturday were at a gas station for no reason these black people drove fast into the gas station trying to run over my grandmother these black people started calling my grandmother racist names & almost hit her while she was going to go in & pay for her gas, this was completely uncalled for their racist name calling trying hit my grandmother they told her she needed to be on a dog leesh this is what we have to put up with my in town racist black people this indicent was taken to court & the courts did nothing to help my grandmother because the judge was a black person & how this black person attack us & called us racist names which is what black people do in my town. But after court was over no black people ever messed with us again it is time for us to stand up agaisnt these racist black people who still live in the past & want to make it bad for the white people people harass me because of my race because I am white & black people hate white people black people have said some pretty insulting racist stuff in my town & in columbus ga these people are nothing but racist trash who still attack white people me & my mother have been spit on by black people while driving for no reason just minding our own business & get attacked this is what mess that goes on in phenix city these racist black people attacking white people. My town is just a bad as columbus the drivers are unfair & abusive they want things to be their way or noway they do not care about the other drivers these bad drivers need to be put a stoped to because they are causing harm to innocent drivers like me who get mad at at every little thing & robert do not try to turn things around on me they are very bad drivers in my state & in columbus columbus drivers come in my town all the time but I do not harass them or call them racist names or call them nasty names like how they treat me. I have kepted quiet long enoung & have had it! with these abusive drivers & everytime I have to go into columbus & get harassed I do know how to drive I am fair towards other people but people do not want to be far to me but I cannot fight back because that is road rage & can be fined up to $5,000 & jailtime for road rage & my driven record would be ruined & possibly even lose my license. These people do not have any manners or respect for other people they take their anger out on other people look at the news the news had a special on this type of behavior about these road rage drivers these bad drivers but everyone at risk for bad accidents these road rage drivers need to be put a stop to before someone like me gets hurt or possible even killed because of these careless & reckless drivers & they always blame the innocent driver if a accident ever happens I am worried all the time everytime I have to go out about being worried somebody is going to hit me because of these bad & reckless drivers so I am spreading the word about these careless drivers who put innocent drivers in harms way!.

As I stated, "rude drivers" are relative to where you live. I live in the Bay Area and it blows my mind that in a place that has so much rain, the people here can't drive in it. And they also do cute things like making the sloooooowest right hand turn known to man..almost as if time stood still. Columbus drivers are very benign and you have to be on your best behavior going into the great state of Alabama..I have many youthful memories of the Alabama State Patrol. ;-)

Is it me, or is Charles starting to sound like a certain nameless individual in Covington, LA who rants and raves about racism? Maybe it's time for the 72 hour vacation for Charles too?

Charles, this is not a blog site. Either post a true RipOff Report about a specific company, organization, etc (the citizens of Columbus, GA do not count), or stop wasting bandwidth.

When I go out driving I do not go out just to make people mad or play the you can't pass me game. I mind my own business I obey the speed laws I do not speed over 25 miles over the posted speed limit like most of the dipsticks in my town then they get pissed & me for not going as fast has them those idiots are the careless & reckless drivers who break the speed laws & cause road rage the drivers in columbus & alabama are the most rudest you will ever come across & it has to be put a stop to I am sure the police department receives complaints all the time but the police do not take any action to put a stop to these road rage drivers because it still continues today some drivers get mad & every little thing on the roads & do not give a d**n about other drivers! I will make my voice heard about this type problem because it still continues today these road rage drivers put innocent lives including me & these road raged drivers do not need to be on public roads!. This is the same cause as drunk drivers that still get away like these road rage drivers.

Ill even put it into a form you can understand are you one of those people who drive in the fast lane while going at least 10 mph slower than the posted speed and everyone is trying to get around you then when they finally do get around you after you play the can't pass me game they give you the finger because you drive like a complete dipstick they arent racist you cannot drive is more likely the case i am sure george bush is to blame somehow and you should not vote for him next election

Columbus, Georgia is a rather benign city to drive in, compared to most others. It is all relative to where you live and what you are used to. I flew home to Atlanta once, my mom picked me up at the airport and was complaining about the traffic. I lived in Los Angeles at the time and am thinking, "what traffic?" Want REALLY rude drivers? Even ruder than Boston and New York City? Go to Tel Aviv, Israel or Rome, Italy..you would have a blast there.

This is the first time I've seen a RipOff Report filed against an entire town because of the drivers of that town. Here's a simple solution for you: STAY OUT OF COLUMBUS! Stay on your side of the border.

But alas, my reply is not that simple. You see, you have made statements in your post that have arrosed my curiosity. Such as:

Please elaborate on what you mean here. Are you harrassed because of your race, or is it because you are in a Georgia town with Alabama plates? Your report is seriously lacking in details.

I will admit, however, that you did break up your report into somewhat readable paragraphs, unlike your most recent rant on the George Bush report. I had to quit reading that one becasue it was making my brain hurt.
