Column Clothing ripoff regarding refund on an authorized return Oakland California

I ordered and received a pair of tall maternity pants. The pants were ill fitting and looked as if they had been wadded up in a ball.

I contacted the company and received authorization to return the pants. The pants were returned via the mail, with all accompanying return paperwork and authorizations, per column clothing's instructions.

My son is now nine months old, and I have received no refund on my purchase. I have called and left many messages, since there is no way to talk to a real person. I have sent many email messages to their customer service, and I received one response which stated that they were looking into the situation. I still have not received a refund on my purchase.
