Com Edp 3 times in my life at differ. address they inflat, ripoff, or pad there bill.. and get away with it . something needs to be done with them. Carol Stream Illinois

first time back in early 80's lived in apartment building and 1 month the bill came very high , tried to fight it and at first they told oh yeah had to be a mistake, dont pay it they will come out and read again next bill came back to normal with the exception of the high bill still added.

next came out 50 miles away, different last name , i heard something outside and opened the door to find a worker at the meter, asked what was going on and she acked funny and just said call the office. i did and they said someone tampered with meter , went around and around with that , found out they ( com ed workers) get a 500 finders fee ,   but i had to pay a fine .

then the next here dif, name and extremely high bill , now got all the recomended bulbs , cut back on lites burning , ect and still a very high bill.... I truely believe they spike and do things for more money ... needs to be investigated ..
