Combined Insurance Insurance salesman said he would not process until I approved but HE DID ANYWAY. Fort Worth, Texas

I made an appointment to look over Combined Insurance Company's cancer policies they offered. The man didn't know much about the policies. He wanted me to buy it and then see what was in it when it arrived in the mail. (Sounds like Obamacare, huh?). I told him I needed more time to do my research about the company. He coerced me to give him my bank information and he would HOLD it until I made my decision and called him on Friday. I called and told him I didn't want the insurance 8am Friday morning. It was too late he said, the company already had me in their system. It's been 2 weeks and I'm still trying to get my money refunded that was taken out of my account. I've called the 800 number twice, and was on hold for the more that 9 minutes the recording said I would be.
