Comcas Xfinity Cable, Internet, Phone Service Philadelphia Pennsylvania

Since the beginning of September 2013 we have sporatic service on one or more TV sets in our home.  Numerous calls to Comcast have resulted in spending a large chunk of my life on hold, speaking with rude representatives in Manila or Mexico. Empty promises of a return call that never materialized. Appointments that were never met. I have ticket numbers of "confirmations" for service calls. If anyone comes, they are incompetent. They have replaced the DVR box 3 times and it dies within a few days. Finally they sent us a box, claiming that we would be assured that it was a NEW DVR box. It was not. We installed it and it was not working. They tried to talk us thru it via phone to no avail.

Finally, this past Friday 2 service man finally showed up that seemed to know what they were doing. Apparently one of the prior service man had disconnected the feed to one of our TVs - and - they got the box working.  - Happy Days Are Here Again - NOT. By the evening, the TV was not working - again! Numerous calls to Comcast since Friday evening were met with long waits, disconnect, promises for a supervisor to call back - nothing. 3 hours ago, again, someone from Manila promised that we would get a "call back". Nothing, nothing. How dare they? They need to answer to someone? They are a monopoly and their customer service stinks to high heaven. We don't know anymore who to turn to. Who can help???
