Comcast Cable Rip-Off monopoly will not serve all of baltimore county Baltimore Maryland

I have been living in the Glen Arm area for 15 years. We have repeatedly contacted Comcast Cable for service and repeatedly been denied. According to their representative, they will accomodate any community with at least 5 houses. We have 7. They keep telling us that there is no service available in this area, however, there are homes all around us with this service. We live in a park type area, many trees, but there are friends in this area in the same environment who have their service. Every year we try, and every year we are told, it is not available in your area. One rep told me I moved to the wrong side of the road. They have offered service to our area if we pay approximately $6,000.00 to bring the servide up our road, but they have offered other people on the opposite side of the road no charge to come in if they can use our property. No such offer has been made to us. The thing is, no reasonable answer has been given us as to why. Much of the Glen Arm area is wooded and is in part of the Gunpowder Park, but as I said, many of their paying customers have homes in the Park, so why have we been singled out? As I said, no answer. 15 years, one company with the rights to service and no answer, just N0!
