Be careful when signing up for phone service with Comcast Cable. They will tell you that you need to add, or get, long distance service with a company called Consumer Telcom Inc. This extra service (and extra cost) is unnecessary. When you call to cancel the service and ask for a refund, Consumer Telcom will cancel the service, but will not refund any money that was charged to you.
