comcast cable XFINITY BROKEN FOR 4+ months called 10+ times, won't fix it, won't give any partial refunds! fredericksburg virginia

Show customers why they should trust your business over your competitors...

comcast is ABSOLUTELY terrible! XFIINITY has been unusable for 4 months!!They will not fix it and will not give me any partial refunds! They say it's a free service and that's why they won't fix it or give me any money back for it not working.

I will be ditichign them as soon as I can! MY picture has been pixelating for 2+ years now. Have had people come out 7+ times. Do not get comcast! They are a total rip off.

Bills fluctuate with no explanation. Call centers are almost all routed over seas to call reps that you can't understand. They don't notate anythign they tell you and lie about credits.

DONT GET COMCAST THEY burn a hole in your pocket and you will get awful sevice!

A free service?

What do they mean when they say it's a free service? We have Xfinity and it's definitely not free service.  We pay plenty. We do get good service thought. The remote and menus are a little outdated but at least it's reliable.
