Comcia Bank I receive ssi.from theUnited States government through their bank resource set up for social security dependants.I have had hundreds of my disabled monies stolen from my account without my permission,The direct express MasterCard I feel like many otherswas forced into having our monies received this way, I had merchants claim that I order products from them along with some claiming memberships also,I learned of the incident by my monthly print out of all my transactions immediately contacted direct express and wasnt treated with much concern from them,I was then transferred over to the claims department and again was treated poorly made to feel as tho I was not telling truths, I was told that I had to file fraud papers and they would be sent to me in the mail,I was to fill out them in a timely manner or it would be dismissed ,I did as advised to do ,After weeks passed totally pass the time frame claimed at first contact with this matter When I called again to find out what was going on I was informed that the fraud papers wasnt completed as they wanted.

I then asked why was I not informed of the problem,They then informed me that if the papers werent fill out the way that wasnt of their concren it went in front of their fraud department personal and they had denied my claim from lack of information completed Would I like to reclaim the fraud complaint I would have to send a request letter of accurate fraud claim,Anyways to make this alittle shorter Close to fifteen merchants I listed with addresses phone numbers amounts and dates were resent to back to fraud department but meanwhile I personally called each of the merchants myself to try and resolve the issue Most said all that was needed was I to close memberships with them which I never started But to my surprise that when I came to the fourth call I had recognised the voice of the same reception it was the same with all but three I then recalled direct express to inform them and they said they would check on it So a month went by I received two letters one the merchant refunded my money the other one refused so direct exp. Denied the claim I have been fighting these for almost two years now and nothing,The amount exceeds$1500 dollars thats alot of money freely taken from a disabled single mother of six,Thank You for given the chance to explain my story ,So unjustly sought done to thousands of retired and disabled persons
