UNBELIEVABLE, AND OH, BTW, this is not the only report of this company doing this. I made my payment via their website and it's through an account that I have had for over 40 years. They had me put my account number and routing number in. I do this for my water payment and my cable payment as well. I double checked all numbers and then made the payment. Today I look up my statement online and they are charging me a $20 fee for a returned payment. I called my bank, even though I have online access I just wanted to check ahead of time. Nothing was presented. So, I call customer service. I think they get a perverse sense of authority. They ask your credit card number, full address, last four, home phone number, come on already enough is enough. Then I ask them what the problem was. I am told it did not go through. So I asked them to verify the numbers on file. I have a copy of them on a screen print.... they tell me that they are unable to see the numbers, any of them... So I tell them to resubmit it. They tell me they are unable to do this. So, then I ask to be transfered to a Senior person as I'm not getting anywhere. I get her on the phone and the same thing. I am suppose to write a letter to them and wait. I said don't you have fax or email that I can use. No, it has to be mailed. Well, this is too much trouble for me to have to go to for thier computer error. It means going to the post office to post it as there is no outgoing mail recepticle at the Home Development I live in. Mean while they are going to charge me full interest and they are showing zero available credit. Not that I will be purchasing anything from them again.
