Financed dental work through Springstone, which is a sub of Comenity Bank. Payments arranged with a company rep on telephone was incorrectly input, leading to inter-bank transfer being rejected. Late fee and harrassing phone call from Comenity Bank collection department within one day of past due. I gave the rep over the phone the bank routing number and account number. When calling the customer service department to learn what went wrong, no seems to know anything. TELL YOUR DENTIST YOU DO NOT WANT TO FINANCE DENTAL WORK WITH SPRINGSTONE.
