COMERICA BANKNING SYSTEM DOES NOT VALUE ANY CUSTOMERS - I REPEAT CUSTOMERS ARE A MEAL TICKET!!!

MY PROBLEM WITH COMERICA AND NEVER ENDED WHEN I OPENED AN ACCOUNT THERE (I OPENED BUSINESS AND PERSONAL). 

1ST I SIGNED ON TO WAIVE A CHARGE IF I USED MY DEBIT CARD AND THE FUNDS ARE NOT AVAILABLE - TO PAY IT OR DECLINE IT. I SIGNED FOR A DECLINE. WELL DIDN'T HAPPEN A CHARGE AND I HADN'T TRANFERRED ENOUGH MONEY FROM MY BUSINESS. i USED MY CARD KNOWING IF THERE WASN'T A VALID AMOUNT THE CARD WILL DECLINE AND i'LL USE MY BUSINESS CARD. DIDN'T HAPPEN THE CARD WEN THRU SO I BELIEVED ENOUGH FUNDS WERE THERE COME TO FIND OUT THE NEXT DAY THEY PAID IT AND CHAREGED ME 33.00 WHEN THEY KNEW I HAD MONEY IN MY BUSINESS ACCT.

2ND PROB IS THAT I HAD AN UNOFFICIAL CHARGE OF MY DEBIT CARD - IO FILED A FORM THEY SAID LIKE 30 DAYS TO GET A FEEDBACK - WHAT? 30 DAYS? OK... WELL SEVERAL MNTHS LATER NO RESPONSE OR LETTER OR CALL OR ANY ACKNOWLEDGEMENT OF THAT DISPUTE!  TRULY THINK COMERICA DID THAT CHARGE AND PROBABLY OTHER PEOPLE AND WONT RESPOND - THEY CAN EARN A LOT OOF MONEY THAT WAY - COMERICA IS SET UP TO FAIL IT'S CUSTOMERS. 

3RD PROBLEM - I HAD ACH COMING IN FROM MY STOCK ACCT 2K COMING IN AND PAID A CK POST DATED 2K FOR THE NEXT DAY WELL THE 2K I PAID OUT FOR A BUSINESS TRANSACTION AND IT WAS DEPOSITED AND WASN'T SUPPOSE TO PAY UNTIL MIDNIGHT - MY STOCKS FUNDS WERE GANNE BE RECEIVED COMERICA AT MIDNIGHT - OK ALL FINE BECAUSE THEY DON'T POST UNTIL MIDNIGHT TOGETHER. COMERICA BANK CHARGED ME 33.00 FOR PAYING THE CK AND NOT CLEARING THE 2,000 DOLS FIRST! COMERICA KNEW THE FUNDS WERE THERE THEY WANTED A WAY TOO TAKE MORE MONEY FOR ME AGAIN.

I FOUND OUT FROM ANOTHER BRANCH - THAT THE POLICY OF THE BANK OF COMERICA IS - PAY THE DEBT FIRST BEFORE YOU GIVE CREDIT OF INCOMING FUNDS. UNLIKE OTHER BANKS THEY WILL GIVE CREDIT FIRST MONEY COMING IN AND THEN PAY THE DEBT COMING IN.

THEREFORE, IT IS A BANK POLICY FOR THEIR INTERNAL GAIN AND LOSSES FOR THE CUSTOMERS. OF WHICH

MR. VALDEZ ( A BRANCH MANAGER AND THE PRICKHEAD THAT HE IS) AT THIS PARTICULAR LOCATION ON SPENCER HYWY IN PASADENA TX - TALKS DOWN TO CUSTOMERS, PICKS ARGUMENTS WITH CUSTOMERS... WANTS TO BE RIGHT INSTEAD OF VALUING YOUR OPINIONS AND WORKING TO MAKE YOU HAPPY AND BETTER THINGS . 

IN FACT HE TOLD ME IF I DON'T LIKE SOMETHINGS AT COMERICA BANK HE PREFERS ME TO TAKE MY BUSINESS ELSEWHERE! REALLY, HE JUST DIDN'T FLAT OUT CARE OF MY CONCERNS.

WRAPPING UP THIS CONVERSATION - DON'T BANK AT COMERICA IF YOU WANT TO BE TREATED BETTER THAT ALL THE ACTIONS ABOVE - SAVE YOURSELF THE FINANCIAL THEFT, LOSSES AND BEING SPOKEN DOWN TO!!!

COMERICA - MAY YOUR BANKING PRACTICES - BE YOUR DEMISE ONE DAY - IN MY FATHER'S NAME I DO PRAY!

Sonia, the reason things don't work out is your heart IS NOT RIGHT and you'll continue with problems just like in your marriage your having! And other things!!! Need to not hide the dark things you know about - BUT - instead shine light on them.

Thank of your well wishes on bank issues! Since I left Comerica and now with Capital One - no complaints - the girls there are helpful and I'm earning money on my free yielding acct. I hated your Comerica Bank and the way y'all treat customers.

Shame on you and Comerica Bank!!!

The Comerica and Yahoo jobs didn't work out so now I'm working for Safe Security in San Ramon, California (Ripoff Report 1067734) and an auto dealer in Barberton, Ohio (Ripoff Report 1068147).

You and your Comerica Bank - are crooks!!! So obvioulsy lying come with your territory!!

If you were to read other posts on this site you would discover that I have been accused of working for many financial institutions. I won't be on this planet long enough to hold all those jobs.

Banks earn 60% of their revenue from overdraft penalties. Please switch to Wells Fargo or USAA so that as you continue to overdraft, I will continue to enjoy the luxury of free banking for life.

"I REPEAT CUSTOMERS ARE A MEAL TICKET!!!"

Customers are a meal ticket for all businesses. Should I repeat that?

That statement is a clear admission that you do not maintain a check register. It is also evident that you mix your personal and business transactions, which is frowned upon by the IRS.

You don't maintain a check register for two accounts and you mix your personal and business transactions so there is no way of knowing which transactions are authorized.

"COMERICA BANK CHARGED ME 33.00 FOR PAYING THE CK AND NOT CLEARING THE 2,000 DOLS FIRST!"

Easy fix--> Don't write checks against unavailable funds. A postdated check is not an acceptable excuse.

"THE POLICY OF THE BANK OF COMERICA IS - PAY THE DEBT FIRST BEFORE YOU GIVE CREDIT OF INCOMING FUNDS"

Once again I must stress that funds should be available PRIOR to authorizing debits and checks against those funds.

"HE TOLD ME IF I DON'T LIKE SOMETHINGS AT COMERICA BANK HE PREFERS ME TO TAKE MY BUSINESS ELSEWHERE!"

That is a reasonable request from someone that has been falsely accused of crooked banking practices.

You will continue to suffer overdraft penalties until you quit the juggling act.

This Comerica Bank puts customers last. My money was gaining profits in stocks. The transfer - if done properly by Comerica and considerate of their customers - the Bank would of credit my 2k first and then paid the 2k seconds after (how banks are suppose to do it). There would of been no problems and I would of been a satisfied customer! Right? But the Comerica bank wouldn't been able to rip another person off (which would make Comerica unhappy... Right?). Comerica's moddo behind closed doors is: Comerica First Before Customers!!!

Debit 1st the money and Credit transactions after (which will cause consumers fees). Not the other way around! I went to talk with Capital One and placed some money there and they said we credit incoming funds 1st and pay funds after credit. The way most banks I know do it!!!

Comerica's other motto "Rob Peter and pay Comerica" should not be legal. Plus just for this Comerica employees response - it lighten my eyes to possibly complain to the www.federalreserveconsumerhelp.com and www.occ.gov and www.consumerfiance.gov and for Texas banking complaints are www.banking.state.tx.us/bnt/ccbank.htm . So please file people - this banks needs their fanny spanked. Thanks for your foolish and careless rebuttal because I'm ganna file to all I can. Plus, use this rebuttal to show Comerica feeling and responses that are NOT of consumers concerns and just attacks back knowing their crooked ways.

Capital One Bank has given me a free checking acct with interest bearing of .50% - with a balance of .01-100,000. That is getting paid to bank there and NOT getting robbed like Comerica does daily!!!

If you want to know more about complaints of Comerica Bank just type their name in the search box of Ripoff Report and there will be pages and pages of complaints!!! Pick your pleasure of reading of all the harm Comerica does to its consumers and obviously still doing!!.

God will condemn those "employees" (you know who you are and so does He) whom are knowingly and supporting those unjust systems of theft on your brothers! You shall pay because in your heart (you know) - deep down somewhere it it wrong to steal and rob. 

So to you employees whom are serving this darker way of robbing society God shall punish you - mark my words - your punishment is coming!!!

Mr. Valdez if you keep eating up so many peoples $33.00 here and there - you are just ganna BLOW UP!!!  :o)

Plus, the other technical things this Bank does to steal, I mentioned before, just shows they are out for one thing and that is NOT consumer care and protection. 

All and All - I'm at a place better that I can earn money and not get robbed!!! Get out of Comerica and/or don't even go bank with them. You will appreciate the effort I make to warn you of the ill practices of this bank.

You "Believed"? Why Didn't You "KNOW"???

They are YOUR accounts with YOUR money in them, right?  Don't you think the common sense thing would be for YOU to know exactly how much of YOUR MONEY is in those accounts BEFORE you use them?  You can blame the bank all you wish but the responsibility of this is enitirely on you!  YOU don't keep records, do you?  You don't have a current running balance based on your entries in your check register, do you?  What you did is you used your account without having the slightest clue as to how much money is in the account.  There wasn't enough money in the account and YOU gave YOURSELF an overdraft fee.  Same old story.  Learn to manage your accounts and you start with keeping a register, writing down each and every use of a card or check, subtract that amount and maintain a running balance, then check that balance BEFORE you use the card.  This isn't the bank's fault.  By the way, I don't work for them!
