Comm South Companies thieves ripoff business from hell deceptive company Dallas Texas

I used comm south for about..3 months..then they got me good. I am currently in communication with my local attorney generals office to see if anything can be done to put an end to this kind of practice.

Because I draw state aid the holidays caused checks to be a bit late...I called comm south and told them the payment wasn't sent til 12/6/02 ...mind you I was paid up til 12/10/02...and they said no problem there was a certain grace period. Heh..on the 11th at exactly 7pm est they suspended my service. They then told me it was going to cost me another $20 on top of the $51 I just sent them to get my service back on and that wouldn't happen for at least 1o days after they received payment. I said forget it...send me a refund and I would get service elsewhere.

To make a long story short they disconnected my service on 12/13/02 and also cashed my money order for that months service on the same day. There reasoning is they held the phone # for 3 days and are now entitled to the $51 and refuse to refund my money.

Hopefully someone will take heed to the way they are ripping people off and shut their asses down. I only draw $112 a month...and $139 in food stamps...that is my entire income for me and my 10 year old son. I can't afford s**t like this.
