I would not recommend this bank to anyone, they are shysters. My wife had a credit card with Commenity bank and there was a back order item we never received and they charged us. I guess you don't value you customers because you would not help her with the bogus charge of 5.99 and they piled on late charges . Mind you the balance was at zero before the back order item was added that we never received. We have had this account over 10 years without a singe late payment or late charge ever. It's a shame that you don't care about losing a loyal customer over $ 5.99 that we never even incurred. I guess you need it more than the loyalty of your customer. P.S. I honestly hope this bogus change of $5.99 with the late charges helps you get you Christmas bonus!
