Stay away! They are the worst property managers in Utah. I have been dealing with them (involuntarily) for 5 years. It took them 3 years to fix concrete problems in our parking lot. They have stolen thousands of dollars from the association fund without providing services. The building is in complete disrepair. They will not return phone calls, nor do anything about problems brought to their attention.
Commerce CRG's so called Portfolio Manager - Asset Services, Daine Holm is, without a doubt, the rudest, most self righteous and belligerent person with whom I have ever had the misfortune of doing business. If you have a choice run away from these scoundrels. Run Forest, Run!

Unless you enjoy paying too much for nothing and being yelled at by a glorified secretary when you have a problem that needs attention, then at-all-costs avoid dealing with Ms. Diane Holm, Portfolio Manager - Asset Services at Commerce CRG Reality Group. In thirty years of dealing with property managers, never have I run across anyone so grossly incompetent. One would think that she slept her way into the position but then with her curmudgeonly nature and her ill kept overweight appearance that is certainly not the case. In summary, I wouldn't let this example of the "Peter Principle" personified manage a Bird House for me. Never again.
