I went to Ralph to have a transmission leak fix. (HE) broke my motorblock & my plastin motor guard is GONE. Ralph change the oil that did not need changed since I had it done two mouth before. Ralph overfilled the oil and when I went to have the excess drained the oil was BLACK. .Ralph cost me money and FREEDOM since he had my car a total of 77 days over a 10 month period. Ralph is a THEIF AND CON-PERSON in my opinion and I would discourage anyone from letting him do work on their car. I gave him a rating of 1 ONLY because negative numbers are not a choice.
