Case #645.626- Commercial Door & Hardware has been placed for collections/Litigation with my firm Asset Collections Inc.. This company owes my client $2187.68, and refuses to respond or pay for the services provided. There is no legitimate dispute, this is a simple, Refusal To Respond. He is STEALING my clients services.
Garret Jones is the ultimate responsible Party. He hs been given every opprotunity to start paying this debt.ACI-Asset Collections Inc- has been hired to collect and litigate this balance due. I wanted to warn other companies of this THEFT, and see if Commercial Door & Hardware also owes other vendors????. If this company has not paid you, call me. I can add you to the creditors committee and force this company to pay.
To avoid further actions and credit reporting, PAY THE BILL, or make an effort to pay. Failure to respond will be taken as a refusal to pay. If Garret or the company pays this bill, I will adjust this report accordingly, but todate NO Money has been paid toward this case # 645.626.
