Commercial Investigations Inc. preys on individuals and companies who are trying to get payment from debtors on past due accounts. Initially they are friendly and really deceive you into thinking they will collect on your behalf. They will put you in a worst financial situation after getting money from you and not providing you with the service and keeping your money. It's also really upsetting that they get away with this. They took $1000.00 from me and got nothing in return. except more stress and anguish from being ripped, someone should put these people out of business.

To reel you in they give you some impressive personal confidential information on your debtor or on yourself , they will tell you your social sec # and your last few known addresses on you and your debtor, then they tell you they were able to check balances on your debtors bank account and he has plenty of money to pay you, but they need to serve him with court papers asap before he pulls money out of his bank account and in order to do that they need a good faith payment for their legal department.

DONT SEND THEM ANY MONEY AND DONT TALK TO THEM.

It happened to me, They sure fooled me and I feel like an idiot for not googling their name at the very least. They took $1000.00 from me and they are ignoring calls. I will be taking them to small claims.
