I can attest that this is true. I had dealings with Kim S. at West Penn Financial who now is at Commercial Loan National and her record is deplorable. Having access to social security numbers and all other information for numerous clients is a serious offense in this business and against PA Department of Banking legislation. Employees who play this game always think no one knows their history but that is laughable. It is only a matter of time until they get caught. The problem is a lot of innocent people's credit may be ruined in the meantime. Convicted felons, find some other profession and keep away from the banking/mortgage loan business. In this day of identity and other banking crimes, we need to keep our noses clean and shut down these criminals in their tracks. Consumers, beware!

Pissed Off Owner

AUTHOR: Wanda - (USA)

POSTED: Thursday, January 24, 2013

I am a small Business owner of PHILLI-E-Development, Inc.  I've done Business in the past with Commercial Loan National and Rick Mangola personally.  CLN gave me a chance to start out when no one else would. I just can't believe that people are just miserably and hateful of others like that. They can't even see how it only hurts themselves as a person.

Commercial Loan National is a very good reputable Company.  They strive to do their best to help others.  Don't give them a bad name, because you have hatred for someone else.  Move on with your life.

#1 REBUTTAL Owner of company

Untrue, unethical and unscrupulous

AUTHOR: Rick A. Mangola - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Wednesday, July 23, 2008

My name is Rick Mangola and I am the Executive Vice President of Commercial Loan National, Inc. I am truly disgusted and appalled after reading the submitted information on this site that states in its tag line let the truth be told.

Untrue, unethical and unscrupulous, that's I describe the information in Mary Beth's headline about our company - Commercial Loan National hiring felons

We (CLN) have never and will never hire a felon.

She says that she can attest to the truth because she had dealings with an individual (Kim S.) who worked at another company and who now works for Commercial Loan National. This person she describes (Kim S.) was never hired nor was she employed by our company. She was an independent processor who came highly recommended and spent a VERY SHORT period of time in our office.

I truly can't comprehend why someone would rather hide behind the walls of the internet rather than just make a simple informative visit or telephone call with enlightening concerns that could possibly HELP a negative situation!!!!

Our national lending company is one of the most reputable and highly regarded companies in our industry. We are a family owned and practice trust, truth and integrity in everything that we do. We take every possible precaution to make sure that personal information is safe. Our files are impeccable and we have the highest level of security surrounding each and every one of them. We are licensed by the PA Department of Banking and uphold all of their rules and regulations maintaining a perfect annual report.

The Internet has made world wide, instantaneous communication easy. The average user now has the power to be heard by hundreds or even thousands of other users, but in terms of libel and defamation, the Net is not a new world of freedom. The reality is that libel and defamation laws are enforceable in the virtual world just like they are in the real
world.

My personal opinion is that you should be able to prove -- beyond a reasonable doubt -- that what you write is true. If you can't prove it, you should do some more research or omit the statement. Not only for ethical reasons but also because when you're giving information to a large audience you should be sure what you are writing is true.

It may seem obvious, but consumers need to remember that just because something appears on the Internet - no matter how impressive or professional the Web site looks - doesn't mean it's true.
