Commissioner Neil Hernandez from the NYC Governmentfs Department of Juvenile Justice is one of the most corrupted politicians in New York City. My sister met him a few months ago at a party with Hernandezf sister Soraya Hernandez. My sis asked him for advice regarding her husbandfs felony case in NYC. He offered his help and told her that he could get the charges or even the case dismissed. A week after, he asked her straight forward for sexual favors in exchange. Took her twice to a motel in NJ and got what he wanted. He promised her the world. Of course nothing ever happened with her husbandfs case. My brother in law ended up being convicted as charged and Hernandez never returned my sister phone calls or talked to her again. And by the way, nobody wants to assist with this because it is my sisterfs word against his, a divorced mother from the Bronx against a prominent NYC figure. Ifm pretty sure there might be hundreds of women like her out there buying the same scam with Mr. Hernandez. What a shame.
