This is a compliant concerning a possibly non-existent company that is extensively spamming internet users with completely bizarre and irrelevant promotions in French. A quick review of official Canadian and Quebec business registries (2011-09-21) showed no evidence that the "business" exists or is licensed and allowed to carry on its activities in Canada or elsewhere. The "marketing" practices of COMMUNICATION906.NET would tend to indicate that the operation is completely illegitimate and possibly designed to scam the public.

COMMUNICATION906.NET has used ISPs and registrars such as Lunarpages.com, ThePlanet.Com and 1and1.com to mount massive spamming operations which despite numerous complaints have been continued by switching mass oline mass marketing services when dropped by the current ISP or service.
Those being targeted by COMMUNICATION906.NET (or other aliases) spamming operations may contact the RCMP, Canadian and International anti-spam services such as SPAMCOP.NET for support in removing this operation from the Internet. Those who have purchased services of done business with this entity (not BBB-listed) only to become victims of fraud should immediately contact local law enforcement. ICANN should also be notified of any ISP or Registrar who will not verify the registration information for the various websites associated with this entity as the information appears to be false and fraudulent.
