Diplomat DELTACOM RIPOFF. T1 pricing doubled in 1 year. Bad service and company policy. atlanta, Georgia

The sales person of Deltacom, promised that if  break existing contract, deltacom will pay termination fees of current company and also our bills will be atleast $100/- cheaper then current company. We gave business for 10 locations. In 5 months, we were hit by a sudden, uninformed price increase. 6-7 months later, we get a demand letter from collection agency from our previous phone vendor for the money. Deltacom sales person does not respond. we tried to reach his supervisor, and send him all the details. NO LUCK. We were told, sales person is no more working with them. WE get hit by another price increase. Again in the bill only. No written notice, no information at all.

When we signed the contract, T1 price was $ 410. Then jumped to $ 520/- then 600 then finally within 2 years to 860/- When we contacted the billing department abt. the price increase, they said ITS in your contract that if our overheads go up, we can increase the price. 200% increase? IT IS A RIPOFF company and they under-quote any company out there.
Once contract is signed, the customer is screwed with Increase in bills. and you end up, paying twice as much. NEVER GO WITH THIS COMPANY EVEN IF FREE. NEVER EVER. This company is worst in business ethics. shame deltacom shame.

Pricing is not exact. Approximate. Please keep in mind. I do not have bills in my hand. However, There was abt. 200% increase on service charge even after signing a 3 year contract.
