Communications Publishing Also Ripped Off but have info if anybody can use it. New York New York

I have a copy of my check and hope someone can use the information to freeze this account and prosecute the owner. The back of the check has a stamped endorsement: For Deposit Only, Communications Publishing, Phone 1-212-601-1289, Acct Number 9612879. The check was deposited at Citibank, NA. The bank scanner imprinted the following (which appear to be routing number followed by acct no) 021000089 0510 540137994 -followed by the date it was deposited.

If you think you can use this information please do so, losing $29.95 is not a big deal for one person but based on the number of complaints my guess he is clearing ten's of million a year with this scam. This individual is committing a federal crime by using US Mail to commit fraud across state lines. I'm no lawyer but I'm sure he can be prosecuted for mail fraud at the very least.
