I received a ad to buy a book of information about free finiancial programs. I ordered this book for $19.00 plus $5.95 s&h for a total of $24.95. Needless to say the check cleared and its been over two weeks and still no book.  By all the other ripoff reports I've read on this site Stephen Young has been very busy over several years stealing money from people and not delivering the material he's promised. He needs to be caught, exposed and sent to prison for ripping off people through the U.S. Postal Service.         Andy, Henrico,Virginia

Communications Publishing ,Stephen Young On Nov. 5th 2013 I receive in mail a promotion pamphlet for ordering a book called ; $ Billion Sources Want to Send You Free Cash, total payment of $29.95, which I sent in a check form. It was cashed on Nov.20th 2013. Is more then a month since then and nothing was delivered as expected.The whole thing was bogus and I have been taken for a ride. If this is the case , by using the USPO as a base for this ripoff operation, it should be investigated at the federal level and made a class action case. Please help!
