I joined Commun.it in July of 2016.
I find dealing with Commun.it to be fatiguing.
I created two twitter profiles.
I called Commun.it at their phone number, +1 (917) 809 4963.
I was told that it is hard to reach customer service because they
are located in Israel.
I emailed them at their email address, support@commun.it ;
I received no reply for some time.
It seems that they only accept paid membership.
I paid for membership for some time, but when I asked
to be a free member, they would let the account be at
"free member" for some time and then they would
ask for paid membership again.

Why can't one be a free member and stay a free member?
Can this be fixed?
