Help, I've got a problem. Would you lend a hand to a neighbor and disabled veteran in distress? To accomplish this successfully, I need help. I have communicated these sadly on-going issues to several Community Services Agency employees.
Incident A
A certain Community Services Agency employee or contractor kicked and killed the family 19-year-old indoor-only cat.
Incident B
Community Services Agency employees or contractors then abandoned the job they were in the house to do but instead kicked and killed the family 19-year-old cat.
Incident C
Community Services Agency employees or contractors, including but not limited to Cloyd Phillips Executive Director, Community Services Agency then ignored the complaints about the now dead cat and abandoned job.
I'm dissatisfied with Community Services Agency. Common courtesy, common sense, professional standards, and law all dictate at minimum from Community Services Agency a sincere, heartfelt formal apology, restitution for the destroyed personal property (the now dead cat) and completion of the job (abandoned by Community Services Agency).

Face it, anywhere else but Reno, Washoe County and Nevada, you'd be a criminal. That's why criminals LOVE Reno, Washoe County and NEVADA! The word is out these criminal and unethical behaviors described here are the NORM in Reno, Washoe County and Nevada. Reno, Washoe County and Nevada already have a bad reputation in the national media; a talk with home insurers confirms people and businesses are fleeing Reno and Nevada, and even Wall Street had DOWNgraded Reno REPEATEDLY to Junk Status. These shocking behaviors by Reno businesses and Nevada public employees give a further black-eye to Reno, Washoe County and Nevada which Reno is now a A Blighted Ghost-town and Nevada a blighted State. This organization has been notorious for years for their shoddy business and neighbor practices. Now Reno's CSA (Community Services Agency) is killing pets.
