I was looking to establish a Dun and Bradstreet profile in hopes of obtaining business credit in the future for our young business. I did some searching and found CompaniesInc on the net. I called them, amongst others offering similar services, and they said they could establish a D&B profile along with credit lines for various vendors; gas cards, computers, etcetera. To date, 7 months later, I have nothing but a D&B profile. I could have done this for the $2995 they charged me personally...not even on a "business" credit card! I get no response to emails or phone calls. They subcontracted the D&B credit building work to a guy in another state. I assume they are in this SCAM together since neither has performed for the money given them other than the initial profile. I find it pathetic that they prey on new businesses trying to get out from under the personal debt load incurred during the startup phase while you're trying to get an SBA loan! I have asked them for a refund or some performance on the deal...I get no response or nothing but lies.

We care greatly about customer satisfaction. However, we were genuinely perplexed by this inquiry. We completely fulfilled the terms of our written agreement by providing a favorable credit profile for Ms. Koch's company, RFK Services, Inc. We performed an extensive amount of work very quickly and at significant expense.
So expectations are clear, we have a signed, written agreement. The inquiry says, "They established the initial profile and all else ceased to happen." The written agreement says in all capital letters, and I will copy and paste, "THE COMPANY IS NOT A LENDER NOR IS THE COMPANY RESPONSIBLE FOR ARRANGING LOANS FOR THE CUSTOMER. THE COMPANY PROVIDES A CREDIT PROFILE. THE CUSTOMER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR UTILIZING THE CREDIT PROFILE TO OBTAIN LOANS AS AVAILABLE TO AND DESIRED BY CUSTOMER." So, the agreement that Ms. Koch signed clearly shows that we have completed our obligations by providing a very favorable credit profile.
Business credit ratings by the Dun and Bradstreet company range from a credit score of 0 to 100. 80 represents a very high credit score ranking.
After we completed the work for Ms. Koch's we viewed her company with Dun and Bradstreet and from the work we have preformed, it has a credit ranking of 80.

Beyond simply fulfilling a contract, we also desire a satisfied customer. So, as an act of customer goodwill we were willing to provide additional services that may be useful to Ms. Koch. Ms. Koch agreed and now we are on good terms with the customer and hope that she is 100% satisfied.
