i used their services because a friend use their services before.  him and myself were scammed by these scam artists.  they don't allow you to select your registed agent, and even worse, they tried to change it back to them AFTER we had already changed it to one of our members because we didn't want to pay the extra fees for their services.  unbelievable.  check your records often to make sure they don't do anything illegal, contact an attorney or look for any class action lawsuit against this company. 

any individual in your company can be the registered agent if your company is located in the same state where it was incorporated.  their Delaware "deal" is even worst.  that's not a deal at all.  the costs will be more than 3 times what you spent initially spent.  don't be afraid of their constant emails and calls demanding more money.  and always remember to file a complain with the Better Business Bureau.  even if they say they will solve the problem, it's better if you file it, so it will be on record.
