Compass Commercial Finance James Austin Charged for two valutions which never happened Crook and Under hand Commercial Broker Bournemouth England

I wanted commercial finance and could not get it through my bank so decided to use a professional broker dealing in this area.

My problems started when I picked Compass Commercial Finance as they have so far stolen £2,400 off me for valuations which never happened and found finance which cost as much as pay day lenders even though I have no adverse credit.

I wanted a repayment loan over 15 years and was offered an interest only loan at 1.5% per month which had no end date

They then wanted £2,000 for getting me this offer and threated me with court action and said they would take belongings from my children, wife and home to get there money.

Don't touch James Austin or his company Compass with a barge pole. I've found 2-3 other professional brokers since my experiance with James who do offer whole of market advice and can get commercial deals with private banks, Shawbrook Bank, Aldermore and a raft of high street and bridging lenders.

James seems more interested in getting money upfront and doing little or no work in finding a lender for customers and if he does it seems the lender offering the biggest commission to him is offered up as the only deal he can get.

I now have a 4% Santander 15 year repayment loan thanks to Watts Commercial rather than the lender James seems to recommend.

Compass must be the most unprofessional commercial broker in the UK. Good job its an unregulated market or I would take him to the regulator and plan to get a court order and get back my money.

Don't deal with them. James is scum with threats to my family made and I have the e-mails to prove it.
