Complete Auto Repair and Service Cliff's Auto Repair BEWARE-IF YOU NEED YOUR CAR FIXED- DON'T GO HERE!!!! THIS PLACE IS A TOTAL RIPOFF!!! Saticoy, California

Here's my story. I took my truck in to Cliff's shop to have the engine rebuilt in Feb. 2012. I paid all the money up front due to a bank loan and check made out to the shop. At first he said would find a new block then two weeks later said he couldn't find one and would rebuild it himself. This took another two weeks.
 
I followed up to check on the rebuild at about 800 miles and told him I thought I had an oil leak. He told watch it me to bring it in if it still leaked. When I did take it in, that time it took a week to get my truck back. He told me he put a"band-aid" on it, but if that did not work for me to bring it back and he would drop the engine and fix it correctly.

 On 11-07-12 I had a radiator problem and the truck started to overheat. When friends came to help me and checked the oil, there was nothing on the dipstick which meant that the leak was never fixed. We put three quarts of oil and filled the water before taking it back to the shop. Laura told me that Cliff could work on the truck that week but he did not. We took the truck back on 11-12-12 to have to the oil leak fixed and a new radiator put in. Cliff said it would be done on Mon. 11-19-12. Cliff said the leak was definately fixed on Mon. but he didn't have the money to get the radiator and I would have to wait until I could pay the whole thing or another customer came in to pay him money they owed. On Wed 11-22-12 I told him that I could pay for it, so he ordered it and said it would be done by that evening. I got no call and I left a message with no response. On Fri. after Thanksgiving I went in to the shop and he was not there and my radiator was still in the box, not installed. On Sat. afternoon Laura finally called and finally said I could pick up my truck. When I picked up my truck I saw Cliff walk out and around the building like he was avoiding me. I paid Laura for the radiator and took the box for the radiator (which they left in the bed of my truck) and put it under the front of the truck after I drove it the next day. It leaks worse than before!

 Now I have a rebuild engine that leaks oil and I will never take it back to them. I have to find a reputable repair shop to fix my engine and suffer the floss of income as a substitute teacher and tutor while I have no transportation. 
I also have missed my physical therapy appointments after a complete knee replacement and my doctor appointment. I have borrowed vehicles and put friends out, in order to shop and maintain daily activities.
After discovering the leak had not been fixed, my boyfriend called Cliff's office and told him we had a major problem with more leaks than we had before and asked Cliff to call him directly, which he neglected to do.
If you have a car problem-take my advice, and DO NOT GO TO- COMPLETE AUTO REPAIR and SERVICE.
