Complete Auto solutions owner Teddy Parker RIPOFF! they get paid for work then dont do all the work and the work they do is horrible! oklahoma city Oklahoma

 My car was damaged by debri in the may 31st 2013 storms there was scratches on the hood, grill, headlight, driver sided mirror,windshield, driver side fender, luggage rack, side of windshield and paint at top of windshield. I took my car to complete auto solutions he said he wouldnt charge me a deductible that the insurance company pays plenty of money to do the repairs. and if i didnt have rental car coverage on my insurance he would provide me with a rental car, i said but then i have to pay for it. he said no we pay for it. I dropped my car off 6/25/13 he told me car would be ready in a week. His worker took me to the rental car place and i got a rental car. We had agreed that he teddy wouldnt replace the headlight and luggage rack to cover the rental car.

A week went buy and i hadnt heard from him.  2 weeks went by and he calls me and tells my car has hail damage and he needs to file a supplement. I said no it didnt dont do anything until i see my car, I went on my lunch, he showed me some dents on the corner panels that werent there before and said they insurance only paid for one of my scratched luggage racks. I said well then ok file the supplement. I seen my car was really shiny. I said did you already paint it? he said yes, i said but i still see scratches on the hood and driver side fender, he said oh no no we just buffed it i will be painting the hood, fender, replacing the windshield. i said ok because those are the things i told you i wanted fixed that you didnt have to fix the headlight or grille. he said ok no problem.

ON 7/27/13 I get a call that my car is ready. I show up at the body shop and i see that the only thing painted was the hood and what a horrible job they did on the hood. I told the guy who brought me my car, its not done. the fender hasnt been painted hte mirror looks like it was buffed out and the windshield wasnt replaced. The worker said well i will have to talk to teddy the owner if your insurance paid for that then we will fix it. come back tomorrow. I go back the next day and am told teddy the owner isnt there. I call everyday after that. then i get an email from my insurance company stating payment had been submitted to him to fix the rear end where there was damage that wasnt on my original claim. I called my insurance and told them i wasnt aware that he had filed that claim and that he hadnt fixed that either. THey stopped payment on the check and told me to take it to their preferred body shop body works. I take my car to body works and he takes pictures and says the hood that he painted is a different color and that that their swipe marks from the clear coat he said he would be embarrassed of that work. ANd he would fix everything for the amount of the supplement payment that was stopped.

today 8/12/13 i get a call from teddy parker statiing if he doesnt get his money he will fu*ck me up and F*ck up my car and put a lien on it and come get my car. I told him you were paid for the work and you didnt do the work. I have pictures of the car before i took it to you and after i took it to you and its the same. He said I dont give a F*ck about your pictures, I said did you see my car before you called me? he said i dont give a a F*ck about your car, i said yes that is obvious. HE said trust me Ms. kelley you dont want to f*ck with me on this. I said do what you have to do. I then called my insurance company and they said he called them cursing him as well he told the insurance companny he didnt fix any of that because he paid for my rental car, first off the rental car wouldnt have been so much if he wouldnt have taken a month to fix my car instead of a week like he promised and the only thing we agreed on him not fixing was the headlight and the luggage rack. I have now contacted a lawyer and filed a police report about the threats he has made, contacted kfor in your corner and filed a better business bureau complaint against him
