Complete Car Care Center, INC. Held Hostage For Oil Change Boca Raton, Florida

My journey began when I was viewing a Money Saver Magazine. I needed an oil change at low cost, I then came across a coupon for an $16.95 oil change at Complete Car Care Center, INC. I spoke to an individual over the phone to schedule a appointment for 2:00 pm, ( thinking it would save me time rather than just walking in). Well, I arrived there at 1:45 pm and I was told that there was one person ahead of me. The person ahead of me was in and out with-in 15 mins, however I was less fortunate. The man at the front desk was extremely vulgar, and made me feel extremely uncomfortable. He made a joke about my name being a stripper's name, and sat almost on top of me telling racist jokes. At one point he taped me on the leg, and sad he was going to give me his phone number!! This whole time I am completely only with this perv and have no clue what to do in a situation such as this one. Finally after over 2 hours of waiting for my car, a man told me my total which was 22.95 not 16.96 like the coupon stated. I didn't even want to argue with the man I just wanted to get out there, so I then paid them. To my disbelief I was not given my keys after payment, I waited 20 extra mins for them to give me my keys!!!!! As I was sitting there waiting for my keys I heard the front desk perv tell another customer in only takes 30mins for an oil change!!! It then became obvious to me that the front desk man was keeping hostage for his own enjoyment!! I warn you to never go there especially if you are a young pretty girl!!!!!!
