Don't waste your time working for Complete Door in Phoenix. It's one of the worst run door and trim companies I've seen. Hard to believe they are still in business.
I was hired to do a particular job, but within a few days my job description changed and they kept adding more and more work to the list I had. There was no quality control of the houses. The majority of workers there don't speak english, I wonder if any are legal?
The owner likes to yell at everyone. Everyone there is afraid of losing there job. You can't please management because they want you to work tons of hours for nothing. They lie to all the contractors. They don't take care of there accounts.
Don't be fooled by the promises of having a good job. If you like being ridiculed, working long hours, and not being appreciated; it's the job for you.
