Complete Hydraulic service and sales/ William ,Randy, Brown/Brandi Day Car lift lost in Ocean Franklin Indiana

April 14,2016 order and paid for a 2 post car lift. Amount paid 2214.95. Invoice stated 3 wks before delivery. In 30,45,60, 100,and 200 days I emailed,phone calls, left messages and no response. When I finally got a response (William the owner)AKA also named (Randy)said it would get to port on Aug.18,2016. Call Oct. 1, finally got response so I stated I want my money refunded by Nov. 1st. or the lift at my location. Nothing none no money no lift. what a jerk!

I own a company myself which I ordered this car lift for. Lost of business because no lift, no refund and lost customers. It's a scam its theft. Everybody says no laws for this. No body wants to do anything to stop this kind of scam so all reporting agents that I contracted do nothing so they are just as bad. There will be personal contact with this business and owners.

They are not going to like my welcoming wagon.
