Show customers why they should trust your business over your competitors...

This Company is preselling equipment they don't have or they can't get from their supplier any longer.

They advertise "If you want to save 100.00 dollars ask us how." Then they tell you that you can save the 100.00 by ordering and paying now and wait till the next container comes which they say is 45-60 days. Then when the container isn't there the excuses start flowing.

Some customers have trouble even getting their money back.
So buyer beware!!!!!!!!!

Do Not Buy from This Company

do not buy from here unless you plan on filing a small claims action against this company.  We ordered and paid for a hydraulic lift March 1012; with an ETA of 15 days.  When we started calling in April we were told that our lift was on back order.  Then when we called in May we were told that there was a problem with the order being delivered; it was stuck on a train somewhere.  From there we started requesting a refund.  Up until this time we had no problems talking to the owner, William Randall Brown, aka Randy.  From this point forward it was a lot of games and empty promises.  When we finally did speak in July he said he would send a refund check that week.  Well check was NOT in the mail!  Finally in August after numerous letters faxed, unanswered, and numerous voicemails never returned, we filed a claim with Johnson Circuit & Superior Courts (great court system to work with!!!).  About two weeks before the court date (now know that he has had this for over 4 weeks) he calls in a panic wanting to "resolve" this.  I told him that once we received our refund check and it was cleared from the bank I would then cancel our court date.  It took him a couple of more days to respond, again in a panic!  I told him that if I did not receive the check the next day, which meant he had to overnight it, that I would see him in court.  I did get the check, and then was worried about it clearing the bank before the court date.  Well it did clear! 

This man is a POOR buisness dealer.  BUYER BEWARE  is all I will say!!!!
