Complete Skin I was ripped off also. I was totally mislead by the ad. I now owe 194 for eye cream and face lotion. This is so wrong. I thought it was an ad for Joanne Gains of HGTV skin care line, that is what I clicked on. It has nothing to do with her and is a total scam. I made three calls to this company. they will not refund me anything. they insist I was aware of what I was doing when I ordered the product. No I wasn't. I did not see anything about being billed or so many days to cance. Very upset. Santa Ana California

I made three calls to this company. they will not refund me anything. they insist I was aware of what I was doing when I ordered the product. No I wasn't. I did not see anything about being billed or so many days to cancel. Very upset.
