I even called the help line before paying to give me confidence.  They were quick to assure me that they would have the most current forms and that they would edit anything I had an issue with and turn it around quickly.  My court was guaranteed to accept it.  Then they quickly took my credit card information.

I immediatly filled out all their forms and submitted.  They said I had to wait 48 hours, or could get results in 30 minutes if I paid extra.  The forms are completed by a robot in the background apparently, because no one reviewed the forms before they were released to me.  So the 30 minute extra fee is just a scam.

Once I got the forms I saw they were 2016 revisiions and not the 2017 forms that came out 4 months ago.  Also, they filled out the child support form incorrectly and did not attribute my wife's maintenance to her income.  This incorrect calculation rippled to all the related forms.

I asked them to update to the current forms and they said they were working on it for a week.  Then they came back and said they called my court and they would be willing to accept the 2016 forms.  I hope that is the case.

I asked about the child support error and they told me I had to send them a note listing every form page and section and line with what needed to be changed.  It took me an hour to trace through every form and find every item that was impacted.  I could have made the changes myself.  Despite being promised those updates every day this week, I still haven't seen them.  Now I lost another week, and they aren't answering my emails anymore.  Empty promises.  And I only have access to the site for 30 days unless I pay more.  So it is in their best interest to draw these edits out for as long as possible.

I have already sent multiple emails and had multiple calls complaining that they are not living up to what they advertise.  They keep telling me they are sorry but they are very busy.  I tried to give them a chance to address this before I utilized a forum such as this, but they have decided that they are going to ignore me instead.
