Complyments.com This company advertises a free trial offer but then charges a monthly fee of $90. I have asked them to cancel the order but they have not done so. I have been charged twice for a product I did not want. Aurora Colorado

This company advertises a trial offer of MaxHCA but does not indicate that you will be charged a monthly fee of $90 and will continue to receive the product.  This is very misleading as there is no indication that you are joining a "membership".  I have emailed them asking to cancel my "membership" and stated I was sending the product back to them and expected a refund for the $90.  Today, I received another shipment of the product and was charged $90 again.  I am extremely upset with this company and their deception. This is a ripoff company and I plan to take action to get my now $180 back and stop them from taking advantage of others.
