Has anybody looked around since bob left? We are more out of control then we have ever been. We just keep hiring more management, to do nothing. Ican't believe they try to blame hourly employees for all of their troubles. Lets put up locked doors,have limited supply of gloves, wrong paper work, not knowing whats good, bad,or my favorite, lets wait,maybe they will get better sometime. How about the other one, lets send them the best of the worst, and maybe they won notice. This place is so dirty, stuff everywhere, dont worry bob isnt here anymore to make you clean up after yourself. Maybe he needs to get some one in the q.c. office that wll work instead of talking on the phone or pawning her work off on someone else. Maybe if she would be a little more work oriented, instead of worried what everyone is doing, things would be better. news travels to fast between her and her shipping friend, who also has nothing to do. I would like to know how come new employees can sit in supervsors offices, stroll into engineeering and then go into wiferys office and no-one says anything? We put up gates to keep people from getting materials we need to work with, but fly boy does what-ever he wants. I work 2nd shift and see a lot that goes on. the rumors all start from the Q. C. office, go to him and then it's all over the floor. He walks around looking for other things to steal, so dont leave any computers around, and make sure all doors are locked We needed him like we needed a bullet.I couldnt believe ron, lets let bob go so we could get a crook back. Smart plan. Make your management team aware of issues that you feel are holding this company back; this is a better idea for getting results.

Secondly, if you want to be taken seriously, present your case with some level of intelligence. The foul language, name calling and foolishness that I have read on here is something that most sensible people would dismiss. If you have a legitimate case, present your case in a dignified manner, with examples and possible resolutions.
