we got all of the signatures on the petition for a new p.manager. we was gonna give it to Rc but the donut eater being his buddy we didn't think he would get him out of here. its getting so bad that someting has to be done. we sent it off to resilance today. the doughboy has to be stopped he has the hole place in a uproar and hes the reason people gave up careing. He's the reason people run scrap on purpose and don't get brakedowns done for hours longer then normal. We just don't think its ok for him to tell us lies and tell us to lie to each other and cut people down like he does. we hope something gets done befor its to late. The petition was a good idea Dennis. His rip off games and scams gotta be stopped.

I'm with Dennis on this.the place is crazy and its not getting any better. i think it was a good idea to let resiliance know whats up here because i don't want another repeat of Omega. the favortism of the union is crazy to. If Bob H. knows that your pro union then you don't have to worry about him causing you crap. if he thinks your against the union hes out to get you. hes the cause of alot of the problems with us employees. he makes the job miserable for alot of people. it sucks when a manager pits people against each other. i don't know why hes still here. hes determined to cause the place to fail it seems.

No one said your sorry a*s has to come .What you can't go a few hours without a drink might get the dt's . it"s only for the people who want to try and make this place a little more bearable to work at. This place is done. I don't have to mention this because everyone on here knows where we are headed. I've emailed Resilience today to let them know that they should take a good look at what R.C. is letting go on in this place. People can leave whenever they want, get an excuse so ya don't have to run a line anymore. The day they hired the weirdo was the day everyone, not just me knew that this place was going nowhere. Most people know who deserves to be the P-3's, if it wasn't for the jokester, I'm sure that there would be less then we have now. I think someone from Resilience should come here and take the place over before it folds quicker than a bad hand on poker night. Great idea haveing a social for employees that dog each other to come together and act like best bud's for a couple of hours.
